Travis Baird is a double board-certified Adult Geriatric and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (AGPC and PMHNP-BC) with specialized expertise in addiction medicine, ADHD, and co-occurring disorders. Bringing over ten years of experience to his practice, Travis is known for his comprehensive approach to patient care, blending clinical proficiency with a deeply empathetic communication style.
Originally from Guyana and raised in Venezuela, Travis is fluent in Spanish, which allows him to effectively communicate and connect with a diverse patient base. His ability to provide care in both English and Spanish ensures that all his patients feel understood and supported in their healthcare journeys.

Karen Garcia is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC). She started her career working as an RN in diverse areas in nursing including telemetry, emergency department, and psychiatry, which ultimately became her passion. She treats clients with various mental health co-occurring disorders. She then went on to receive her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University. Born in DC, but spent her childhood in Mexico, she returned to the U.S. as a teenager. She speaks both English and Spanish fluently, which allows her to connect and treat a larger number of individuals of different cultures and backgrounds.
She is passionate about mental health and understands its impact on our overall health. Her goal for her clients is to make them feel heard and empowered to treat their illness through partnership, education, and support in a non-judgmental free environment. Karen seeks to provide quality mental health, pursuing continuous learning and professional growth through reading research articles, conferences, continuing education, and collaborating with colleagues to stay on top of her field and shape her practice.

My name is Esperanza, I identify as a bilingual Latina cis-gender female and my pronouns are she/her. I am grateful to be a licensed therapist in the mental health and wellness field. I enjoy exercise and martial arts. After earning her Master of Science in Nursing from Johns Hopkins, she specialized in psychiatric nursing and worked as an RN in an inpatient psychiatric hospital on the child and adolescent units. She went on to earn her Doctorate in Nursing Practice, with a Psychiatric Mental Health concentration, from University of Maryland. She treats clients with various mental health concerns of all ages, and is especially passionate about working with children and adolescents and their families.
